What are  the Paths  of Yoga?

Paths of Yoga are 1-Abhyasa  2 -Vairagya

Abhyasa - Known as Consistent Practice.

Vairagya - Detachment  (Detach from all the Negativity )

2 Kinds of Vairagya are 1- Apara Vairagya   2 - Para Vairagya 

Apara Vairagya is to let go of attachment 

Para Viaragya is highest and  purest form  of detachment.
